Beau Button provides software development, technical consulting, and related professional services ("Services") to clients on a project or retainer basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (e.g., a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) between Beau Button and the client.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion and to subcontract portions of work to qualified parties while remaining responsible for the quality of deliverables.

We treat all client project information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the services or as required by law. Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, tools, or business information shared by Beau Button during an engagement. Formal confidentiality obligations for specific engagements are governed by the applicable project agreement.
Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules are established in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Beau Button reserves the right to pause work on any engagement with overdue invoices. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the applicable agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beau Button's total liability arising out of or related to any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Beau Button in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Beau Button be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our website and any materials provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beau Button, L.L.C. and its members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Program Description: Beau Button uses SMS-capable phone numbers to receive inbound messages from clients, prospects, and associates and to route or respond to those messages. This is not a marketing or promotional SMS program.
Consent: By texting one of our business numbers, you consent to receive SMS reply messages related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages in response to communications you initiate, or necessary follow-up messages related to your inquiry.
Msg & Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To restart communication, simply text us again.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through our website.
Supported Carriers: Available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support may vary.
Privacy: Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any signed project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beau Button with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior understandings on the same subject.
